Cancellations
You cannot cancel an order once it has gone into production (usually within 4 hours of ordering).
Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on personalized items unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the damage. We will assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund or replacement.
Please note:
- All sales are final on custom cut or engraving work.
- We cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-provided information.
- Please double-check all information before submitting your order.
Non-Personalized Products
For non-personalized products, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition.
Do not ship your products back to J2Laser unless requested to do so, you may be required to return your products at your own expense.

Examples of acceptable reasons for requesting a refund:
- The product(s) delivered do not materially match the product(s) ordered.
- If there are errors or defects due to the laser-cuts.
- If there was damage to the product(s) during shipping
Examples of unacceptable reasons for requesting a refund:
- Errors related to the Design you submitted, e.g., style, sizing, materials, usage, etc.
- You simply do not like the finished design.
- You changed your mind and/or you no longer need or want the product(s).
- The product is not cosmetically perfect.
Once your refund request has been received and processed, we will let you know by email regarding our decision on your refund. This could take up to 72 hours. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason. If we approve your Refund Request, we will credit your initial method of payment.
If we do not hear from you within 30 days from delivery regarding your received products, it is assumed that the products meet your specifications.
